Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist 

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in either a part-time or full-time capacity. Recent graduate and manual therapy mentorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' needs and establish individualized plan of care treatment

• Help patients alleviate pain, and restore and improve physical function to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life

• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment as necessary to achieve maximum benefit

• Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart or EMR system in a timely manner

• Maintain and process all documentation in compliance with company policy and state/federal regulations

• Completes appropriate discharge planning and instructions including relevant exercise program and applicable follow-up referrals

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

• physical therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
